Hey guys it’s Jamari here from ReadGeekx3 here with another book review! Today’s review is for MASTERMINDS  by Gordon Korman.

MASTERMINDS is about a boy named Eli Frieden who lives in a perfect town in Serenity, New Mexico where money problems and crimes are unheard of. One day, while Eli and his friend Randy are riding their bikes past town limits, Eli experiences an unexpected attack when he tries to bike past the limits of the town. Soon after, his best friend Randy moves away and leaves a message for Eli warning him that things in his town aren’t what they seem. As he discovers and analyzes more clues to the mystery of his town, the outcome is completely shocking and is like nothing they have ever known would be linked to their perfect ideal community.

I enjoyed this book a lot. I loved the the plot twist at the end of the story and where the mystery ends up! I thought Gordon did a fantastic job developing the plot and the characters and I cannot wait to read the rest of books in this new series! I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars and I recommend it to readers of all ages!
