The Divergent Series: Allegiant Part 1 & Part 2

Hey guys it’s ReadGeek x3 here with some more geeky news. Today is a little bit different than our last post. This is about books (Well a series based off amazing books). As you all may have heard, Divergent has grossed $175,176,993 worldwide. I have read the entire series and I have to say I loved it more than I loved the Hunger Games and the Harry Potter series. As i saw the movie I tried not to blink because i thought I would miss something! Insurgent comes out March 20, 2014. We are here to talk about the final movie Allegiant. As you may have heard, Allegiant is coming out March 18 2016 but not as one film but two. Summit and Lionsgate recently announced that the final book in Veronica Roth’s bestselling trilogy will be split into two parts following the final films of Harry Potter, Twilight, and The Hunger Games.

When I first heard the news I was a bit mad because I didn’t want to wait a whole other year to see the next film after i see part 1. But yet I was honestly excited.  I really want to see how the movie itself turns out to be and how and where they manage to split it. If you haven’t heard already most fans did not like the ending to this book in the first place let alone would they like the ending to part 2.

So most fans of the series who honestly hated the ending to this book . Bu you can cross your fingers for Allegiant-Part 2. The filmmakers could either decide to go with the ending of the book or completely change the ending all together. But in the mean time Divergent is now playing in theaters and is about to soon be released on DVD/Blu-ray with Insurgent releasing next year and Allegiant following the years after that.

Thats it for this post, Remember to hit that follow button and tune in for more.
